Can employees check in without a fingerprint terminal?

Yes. Once an admin switches on browser check-in, people check in and out from a card on their dashboard. It opens 60 minutes before shift start by default, and a missed window becomes a manual punch request that HR reviews.

How do I move leave balances from Calamari to PeopleMuster?

We load your people, leave types and projects with you during setup, and there's no setup fee. A CSV importer takes people, leave balances and projects if you'd rather run it yourself, and the 14 free days give you time to check every balance.
