What the site collects
Visiting a page records standard analytics: which page you opened, roughly where in the world you are, which site or search sent you, and what browser you used. That information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Filling in the contact form sends us what you typed. Usually that is a name, an email address and a message, plus how you found the site.
How your data is handled
Your information is used to reply to you and for nothing else. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers. There's no account to create on this site, so there is no password and no profile to look after. How the application itself protects employee data is set out on the security page.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics is retained in aggregate. If you want your enquiry deleted, write to us and we will remove it.
