PeopleMuster costs $3 per person, per month, and every module is included at that price. Attendance, leave, timesheets, capacity planning, projects, the SOP engine, the device register and the rest: 26 modules, switched on or off to suit how your team works. There are no tiers, so nothing you'd want sits behind a bigger plan.
Switching a module off tidies your team's navigation. Your bill stays the same, and we'd rather say that here than let you find out on an invoice.

Pay $3 per person each month and stop whenever you like, or pay $30 per person for the year and keep two months of it.
Questions about the bill
Buyers ask these before they book. Here they are, in the order they usually come up.
Is there a minimum number of people?
There is no seat minimum. One person costs $3 a month, and a team of a hundred pays the same $3 for each of them. Your rate never steps up or down with headcount.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
There is no setup fee. We set PeopleMuster up with you as part of the subscription: your modules switched on, your roles and permissions set, your integrations connected. You start on a working system, and the only charge is the per-person price.
Is there a base fee or a platform fee on top?
There is no base fee and no platform fee. $3 per person per month is the whole invoice, so you can work out a twelve-person team's bill in your head.
Do we get a free trial?
Every new customer gets 14 days free, with no card required, before the $3 per person per month starts. You run the trial on your own team's data, with every module available, so you're judging the real thing.
What does three dollars a person actually cover?
Every module, which is 26 of them, for one person, for one month. Attendance, leave, timesheets, capacity planning, projects, meetings, devices, SOPs, policies, the helpdesk and the rest. There is no feature held back for a higher tier.
What does annual billing cost?
$30 per person per year, which is ten months' worth of the monthly rate. Two months free is the whole difference; you get the same product and the same modules on both plans.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract on either plan, so you cancel whenever you decide to. Nothing on the bill locks you in past the period you've already paid for.
Does switching a module off lower the price?
Your price covers every module, so turning one off only tidies your team's navigation. Turn it back on whenever you need it, and the bill is unchanged either way.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data stays yours. Each company runs on its own database, the attendance register exports to CSV, and the leave list and the directory export from their own screens, so you can take the records with you.
