Can I see the history of a record in PeopleMuster?

Every create, update and delete in PeopleMuster is written to an activity log. Each entry holds the field-level values on both sides, the person who made the change and the time. A leave balance that moved can be found in a few clicks. So can a timesheet sent from draft to submitted, or a deleted record's last values.

Most questions about lost data are really questions about changed data. Who moved this balance? What did the timesheet say on Tuesday?

The activity log answers those directly. It covers the whole product, so the same screen holds attendance fixes, leave decisions, project edits and permission changes.

Each entry shows exactly what moved. A status going from draft to submitted reads as that. A permission somebody adjusted shows its old and new setting. A deleted record keeps the values it held.

Finding one change is quick. Quick filters narrow to today or this week, to people, projects or checklists, and to creates, updates or deletes. Advanced filters narrow by person, record type, action and date range.

A summary sits on top: today's activity count, how many people were active, and which kind of record changed most.

The records themselves sit in your own database, in your own account. Exports from attendance, leave, the directory and the device register give you a file copy on whatever schedule you set.
