Does PeopleMuster do payroll?
Payroll is a planned PeopleMuster module. Today PeopleMuster holds what every pay run is built from. That means attendance with working hours and late minutes, approved leave against paid and unpaid types, and benefits enrolment with deduction and reimbursement types. Attendance and leave export to CSV for whoever runs your pay today.
Pay is only as right as the inputs behind it. Most payroll errors start upstream, in a missed punch, an unrecorded half day or a leave request nobody approved.
PeopleMuster is where those inputs get settled. Attendance records working hours and late minutes per day, and gaps are fixed through punch requests a reviewer approves.
Leave runs against quotas, and each type carries a paid or unpaid flag and an encashable flag. So the question of which days cost pay is answered on the type itself.
Benefits sit in a catalogue, each typed as a deduction or a reimbursement, with a per-person enrolment matrix you can read by month.
By the time a period closes, the hard questions are already answered. Who worked, for how long, who was away and on which type, and who is enrolled in what.
