How to use it
Step 1

Use decimals rather than minutes: seven and a half hours is 7.5.

Compare the average against the longest day. A gap between them is the week's real shape.

Nothing above 24 in a single day is accepted, because that entry is a typo rather than a long shift.
Questions people ask
Should I count a day with no hours as zero?
Leave it out. A logged zero drags the daily average down and makes a four-day week look like a slow five-day one.
Does the total include overtime?
The total is every hour you entered. Splitting it needs an overtime threshold, which is a policy number, so that calculation lives in the overtime tool.
Why is the longest day shown separately?
Because averages hide spikes. A fourteen-hour Tuesday inside an ordinary-looking week is the thing worth seeing.
