Switching from greytHR to PeopleMuster moves four things: your people, your leave types and balances, your holiday calendar and your shifts. PeopleMuster loads them with you during setup, or through its CSV importer. The bill changes shape too. A base fee with bundled headcount becomes a flat $3 per person per month, every module included.

Start with your people and their managers, so your org chart draws itself. Then load leave types with their annual quotas and each person's balance on the day you switch.
Your holiday calendar goes in next. Attendance respects it, and the capacity plan marks each holiday so you never plan work on it.
Shifts come before the first check-in. Each named shift has a time window, and your late minutes and on-time rate are measured against it.
If your office has a ZKTeco terminal, PeopleMuster connects to it by IP on your local network and pulls punches every 30 minutes on weekdays. A mapping screen pairs each device user with a person and counts anyone unmapped.
Browser check-in covers everyone else. An admin switches it on, and people check in from their dashboard inside a window around their shift.
Run your first full month on both systems and compare leave balances and attendance totals. Once they match, you can let the old plan go.
