How is project health scored?
Health is one of three percentages a project carries, alongside a tasks score and a setup score. The scoring is configurable per company rather than fixed: project health sits among the tenant settings, with its own group of keys. Two companies running the product can define a healthy project differently, and both are correct.
A fixed health score would be wrong for most companies using it, which is why this one is not fixed.
A fortnightly retainer and a six-month fixed build have different rhythms. A rule tuned for one flags the other constantly, and a score that cries wolf gets ignored within a month.
So the settings carry the definition. Project health is one of seven categories of tenant configuration, holding five keys of its own.
Three scores exist rather than one because they fail for different reasons. Setup asks whether the project was configured properly. Tasks asks whether the work is moving. Health is the overall read.
