Can PeopleMuster share data with my other tools?
PeopleMuster moves data in and out in three ways. Reports and scheduled reminders post straight into Slack. Meeting transcripts arrive from Fireflies and file against the right project. Attendance, leave, the team directory, the org chart and the device register export to CSV from their own screens, filtered however you need.
Data only helps when it reaches the people who act on it. So each route here ends somewhere your team already looks.
Slack is the daily one. Utilisation reports go to a channel with one action from the reports screen. Scheduled messages run on a timetable you set: a monthly attendance reminder, a weekly nudge to submit hours, HR announcements. The scheduler shows each one's next run and status.
Fireflies is the inbound one. Recordings and transcripts import on their own, checked by a signed webhook, and land on the project they belong to. A meeting filed to the wrong project can be moved in one step.
CSV is the flexible one. Attendance comes out with dates, check-in and check-out times, working hours and late minutes. Leave comes out with types, dates and approval status. The directory brings departments and reporting lines. The device register brings serials, health and holders.
Every export follows the screen. Filter attendance to one department and one month, and that is exactly what lands in the file, ready for a spreadsheet or another system.
Behind all three, your records sit in your own database, in your own account. Integration keys are stored there too, and masked once saved.
